72 Hour DOT this week...... HOW BAD IS IT???

They were not working I-40 much, but on 85 in Charlotte they had all 8 lanes wide open!

What have I missed the last 72 hour's? Oh..... did I miss that.....it paid off to stay local again.......... Not to mention I just had a level 1 inspection, with a CVSA sticker included.

 

Best place to find them on I40 is always by the Harrison Avenue exit in Cary, stalking out that rock quarry. Same thing with US1, near the Hanson quarry. US64 Business through Knightdale is another hot spot for them - incidentally, right by the Wake Stone quarry there. Old Garner Road running from Clayton to Raleigh... there's a State Police barracks there, as well as a Ready Mix concrete plant, Rea Contracting asphalt plant, and a Martin Marietta rock quarry, as well as two small fuel centers and the Pepsi distro. center nearby on Jones Sausage Road.

 

Yep,I got a level 2 inspection at 3 in the morning at that scale.

 

They really like to harass trucks on US 220 near my house. My only inspection in NC was leaving the house bobtailing.
