I still suck as far as Im concerned though (my instructor n I have a difference of opinion on this matter). But still havent hit anything lol Heading back towards Springfield now, just waiting on this load so we can drop it in Ohio. After picking up another, we should be heading back towards the mother ship.

When do you leave? I should be headed there sometime after the 4th of July.
-
that is about the time i am going to go got a few thing to get done here and i am good to go just waiting on my ROF
-
i'm shooting for the july 11th week hopefully.
-
quick question i had before i set my date to go
what things do i want to make sure i cover with my recuiter thanks -
Make sure that all your questions are answered and you understand what is required. Get a list of all the things your supposed to bring with you, and things you are NOT supposed to bring with you. Bring your CERTIFIED COPY of your birth certificate, this is required. Had a guy in my class sent home because he failed to bring it with him. Now he blames Prime, for his failure. It must be CERTIFIED. The DMV will not accept anything else, unless you have a passport. I should be in Springfield tommorow.

Like was said in the post before mine, bring a certified copy of your birth cert, your drivers license (they told us SSN cards weren't needed), enough clothes to last you 2 weeks (sleeping bag if possible!), and $150 cash. $100 goes to Prime for fees and such, the $50 is to give you a little extra if you need it after paying $32 for your CDL permit. It's when you test that the ladies from the Highway Patrol want your license and certified birth certificate, no ifs ands or buts.
Most important, don't lie about anything to them and don't be late to anything.
They're watching you to see if and or when you crack, so keep your cool and you'll do fine
-
Exactly. Just be honest.... They will find out, better before you get here than after you are stuck. Prime wont pay your way home.... They just kick you to the curb if you lie to them.
-
This just related to MVR records and past work history? Can't think of anything else people would lie about on the app.
Mine just got approved the other day, heading to Springfield July 11th.
I will say, I forgot to mention a job on my app and when I realized it I told my recruiter right away. He was fine with it and took the info, so if you forget something or remember something. Tell your recruiter asap, they'll work with ya.
