E.O.B.R required for Owner Operators?

I was pretty sure it was one of our founding forefathers. It always amazes me to see the amount of wisdom and integrity that these men possessed.

 

I found that while using the Qualcomm MCP200 I was actually gaining about 2hrs a week. Paper logs only show 15min increments, where the eobr records the ACTUAL amount of time it took. Honestly, I will prefer the electronic logs, but my revenue is not affected by the hours I work, and I see no reason to run over the alotted time if you stand your ground and refuse ridiculous appt times and short time frames.

 

like it's already been said I don't beleive it's something to worry about for awhile.. Several years anyway.. Either way I'm against them being mandated.

I was just basing my response upon memory from American History 202 or some such course. Guess it goes to show that memories get a bit fuzzy over time.

 

Call the U.S. Marshals they won't allow them to be mandated!
