I understood, I was just giving you flack. There's no way I could run like that, I gotta stop like every 2 hrs to take a wiz. lol
-
Funny. Today I had to stop like every 1 1/2 hrs cause I thought id burst. I guess I was just in a zone that day excited to get my truck back after a couple day delay and only having 400 miles before it went in the shop. Since friday evening I have run 4130 pd miles and started 34 in atlanta will be in cartersville after some sleep till about midnight local tomorrow so if your in area give me a hollar. Hope to have a productive weekend to end a stellar week.

Where at in Atlanta are you?

Does Millis handle only beer freight? Is there a reason why some Millis trucks are white and others maroon/burgandy/whatever you want to call it?
-
no we also haul other products like paper glass and john deere products plus we also haul some furniture. Almost all the maroon trucks are road trucks and white trucks are regional and dedicated. About 2 years ago we got some t660 regional trucks that are maroon also

So I was over in the TMC forum reading about a fella on here that went to work for them. He was only there a few months and had to go serve his duty at the National Guard. While he was there training he got a back injury. So he was put on pain killers and TMC would not let him come back until he got cleared by the doctor.
Before he could get back to the doctor, TMC called him and told him he was terminated. Obviously there could be more to this story than posted but lets just go with what information we have. This sounds illegal to me. Are most trucking companies like this? If you get hurt on or off the job and have to be out for some time, can you count on having a job when you get back?
I was in the same situation myself but fortunate enough to have my job waiting on me when I got back.
I am just throwing this out here to get you fellas take on this. Just wondered if ya'll ever think about this kind of stuff. -
