I am in need of a good driver ASAP. I don't care where you live but for fair warning, if you live in FL, it is tough to go there though I do, just not regular. You need to have a minimum of 2 years OTR experiance and a clean MVR. I follow industry standards for time off but I do not schedule your time, that is up to you. 1 week out = 1 day off. I do have some lane freight going from the Kansas City area to CA and back. My driver that lives out there is home just about every weekend. I also have some lane freight from MD to Left Coast and back.
