    LOL get off the pedal!!!!!!!!!!

Not a lawyer. But a truck will overspeed if it was going down hill. Easy to do, not sure if it counts. Getting ticket dismissed is one thing, but it is still on your dac regardless.

It'll also still be on your CSA2010 report.

Fedex will only look at your DAC or CSA2010 not at your driving history. Getting it expunged doesnt do you a thing. Your a CDL holder and its in your history now.

It will only show up on CSA if an inspection report was generated. This is not done on most traffic stops. It will however show up on his MVR for a min. of 3 years. Unless of course he happens to beat the citation in court.

It will only show up on a DAC if the company puts it there. It will however show up on his MVR if he is convicted of the offence. If he is not convicted it will not show up anywhere.
