i think those trailer tails are really neat. although they sneak up on me sometimes and scare the #### outta me. Like when i get passed and see the tails go by but not really see them, think im gonna get smacked in the mirror by an open door or something

one thing they also told me is they need a over length permit to use them too which kinda sucks, but for those kinda savings it would be worth it.

i donno i would guess they dont work as well. The trailer tails are marketed to give you 15% better mpgs or somthing like that air tabs dont promise that much

    MCT, MVT, whatever. Close enough.

So did that driver tell you how much extra they pay the driver for having to deal with that flimsy crap every time he backs into a dock?

instead of skirts on the trailers we should put wings... keep the trailer off the ground for less drag

    American-Trucker Thanks this.

I agree with the wings, but in traffic, I think helicopter rotors would be more useful.

sitting in traffic you wouldnt need to reduce drag...

and just think how great it would be for "weigh in motion scales"

Sidepocket, the helicopter rotors would be your way OUT of the traffic jam!
