Well good thing you're back up and running Hawk, now I'm the one with a broken truck! I was north of Idaho Falls, ID when my truck started to sound like it had straight pipes! Pulled over & popped the hood to find the clamp on the back of the turbo came apart causing the exhaust pipe to hang loose. I had to turn around & take it to the KW shop in town only to find the clamp is a one time use piece, I lost the exhaust gasket & a pin that holds the doser valve in place. Just as luck would have it they didn't have the parts so they had to overnight them from the Cummins warehouse in Rockford, IL. Atleast there was an Outback Steakhouse down the street from my hotel!

When do they EVER have the parts U need in stock?

Hawk,
glad to hear you finally have the issue resolved, heading east, yea I know what that's like and good luck on it, regarding Jersey City, well you know how those loads go, you have to stand in line. I tried to get one yesterday, no luck so was told there were Norton's and Albany's. took the 6am Albany, great plan, except that RDC forgot to load the early appt. so I sat there for 5 hours, I'm now at New Baltimore service area finishing up an 8 to deliver late!

Sounds like you're not one of Cory's favorites. Or maybe you have to pick up a chair and threaten to smash it over his head like Chad Clayton said he did. (but probably didn't really)
-
Haha. Larry I have the opposite problem more often than not. I want an Albany or Syracuse and they keep giving me Jersey City. I just shutdown in Perrysburg, headed to Keasbey, NJ. Who's in the #690 Volvo here?

Where are the fuses in a 386?
-
by the clutch, if your talking about the main fuses?
-
Nope don't think so, but what sense does it make to deadhead 4.5 hours to a receiver, when there are drivers 1.5 hours away from the same receiver?
be safe
