    hello,Im looking on becoming a truck driver,whats the best way to get a cdl,what do i need to stay away from.thanks for the help

    hi and welcome. first pick up a cdl manual from your local dmv. search this forum, lots of good info on schools and companys.

    alot of companys will prehire and help you with training. comunity colleges are cheaper and usually better and cheaper. private schools have bills to pay :)

    cdl mills play the numbers game and often get fed funding if you are unemployed. they get the money EVEN IF YOU DO NOT FINISH.

    I would start in the good company threads and schools.
