Heard through the grapevine. Rookie in Dodge City didn't engage brakes. Truck rammed several vehicles and landed in Motel room, much to the dismay of the sleeping guest! Wow, just a few days out of training too. Gee if Central would pay decently and quit the CD Mill business maybe, just maybe these things would not happen as frequently....hmmmm?:biggrin_25513:

first time ive had a moment to get online. been super busy, teamed with a buddy and we have been running to death.

barb, hows that trick of the trade working? i think i should market those in a pretty box and sell them to company guys ;)

also, its HOT btw, idle is around 13% in a team truck, it rarely turns off, especially if im sleeping

jumper wire huh? also another trick of the trade on a volvo is to let the quallcom go to sleep pull the # 13 fuse which kills the power to the qc crank truck and idle away the qc will never register it cause with no power its still in sleep mode this tick probally works on other trucks just not sure which fuse you have to pull out. i did it every day and was around 5% idle cause i idled at all stops so i would show some idle time:biggrin_255:

1 bad, no, cheaper way to install an inverter and not have it permanent.

No, as stated, it had a bad svt, it was just not creating the correct conditions for the computer to pick up on it and throw a code, so otrm was more useless than normal saying no alarms, no problem.
