    back when i was a Company driver i started out at /.32 p/m w/ progressive raises thruout year ending at .34 hope this helps.

    Most teams split the income to the truck. Being that you would be working for the other driver this is a different situation. We have a small fleet in my town that leases his trucks to Fedex. He pays his teams 30% of the revenue and they split that. So 15% of trucks revenue for you would sound fair.
