Hello, First of all this is Terry Sanders and i want to set the record strait on a matter here. This person that goes by nascar is Named Terry, He has one truck and goes by T & H Enterprises. a few of you company owners will know him pretty well, He has a driver that drives his truck by the name of Jay. Jay can not and will not run Texas because he would more and likely go to jail for not paying his child support for so time. It is true that Terry came on with JTA for a very short time and it was not 13 days. This person has never sent me not one bill of laden which was required and is in his contract. Terry (T & H Enterprises) you know your not owed that kind of money. Anyone out there that wishes to see the contract and all the tch checks that was given to this companies driver i will gladly show you were they were given and were they were cashed by the driver of T & H Enterprises. Now lets discuss the other matters at hand. the phone number to my company is listed in information and im at extentsion 100 or you can email me i will gladly show that this person is a big lier. as far as me going to prison for renting a limo, It is true i went for owing a bill that was paid and the detective that this person is talking about is a part of the federal lawsuit that is still pending in the US District Court for false imprisonment and other issues.This is public record for anyone to lookup. so im not scared of this detective just because you want to try and get someone to pay you what you think you should get. This is not name your price here like you have done with other trucking companies. as far as me getting released in march, wrong again i was released way before that. Im not hiding anything here and it is simple your pay what you are owed will not be processed until i get the bill of ladens that you have which is only 3 and i guess you feel your owed $3000.00 on each one of them. another thing who ever you have that is claiming they work for me and even tho they are saying good things about our company they are not drivers of ours and our drivers would not even entertain this show. Tell them all about your truck breaking down and me having to pay for it. So now everyone knows about me but just because i chose to make you follow rules which is they way it is with all companies makes me the bad guy here, I DO NOT CARE. you will not be paid until i get the bill of ladens and if anyone on here choses to side with you again I DO NOT CARE. Now your also put out there and if i could put your phone number on here i would and then maybe you will get all the help you think you need. However we will keep trucking over here and to all you Drivers that do your jobs and do them correctly may god bless you. Again anyone that needs to talk to me can call or Email me but Terry (T & H Enterprises) as i have told you a million times i have nothing more to say to you until you get your paperwork in and then we will work on getting you your little pay that you had coming to you and my advise to you would be to read your contract that you signed when you started and drove for a little over a week. However Good Luck to you and maybe you can find a company to put your truck and driver on with that you can tell them how to run their company, I heard JB HUNT is hiring and i dont think you have to turn in bill of ladens to them. And you can stop caling the customers because they will not pay you either. TURN IN YOUR PAPERWORK. It's bill of LADING. Perhaps your inability to spell, return phone calls or generally communicate has caused this whole rift where people think you've ripped them off. My suggestion is to settle up with everyone and they won't have a reason to throw you under the bus on an internet forum.

To our "victimized" driver...Let me ask this. Did you send the original BOLs to this guy? Heck, post them here. Post the receipt from Fedex or UPS, because for the sake of working as an investigator, I'd like to see all of it. Many brokers won't pay the carrier without original paper in hand.

Also, if you have a lawyer, the first thing they'll to you is to let them handle things, and to not discuss details in public as it could jeopardize the case.

Lastly, your lawyer can review your contract. Either you've fulfilled your part of it or you haven't.

I'm thinking it's time to put up or shut up. I'm calling your bluff and raising the BS flag.

I would certainly consider dropping names of investigators, lawyers, talking about a guy's prison time, airing unrelated info about a music career and limo service as "discussing details".
