How realistic is my goal of stopping at various Gold's gyms to work out for an hour each day during my 14-hour window?

I am close to being done training and debated this with my trainer. Is it at all possible to trip plan in a way that allows you to stop for an hour here and there to work out?

I've been out on my own for going on 4 months now. The workout just ain't gonna happen with any regularity. I drive a lot, eat a little, sleep barely enough and have rarely even felt like or had time to get out and take a walk. I get home on the weekends and barely get the things done I need to get done and enjoy myself a little. This job is demanding and anybody who expects it to be a cake walk is in for a huge letdown.

Now if you can find a place to work out during your 10 hour break, that may work, if a company finds out their freight is sitting when you're supposed to be driving, you won't be there long.

a couple dumbbells in the truck might be a better option

If your going to work out the most realistic shot is simple stuff, find a good spot somewhere and do push ups, get some resistant bands, and park far from the truck stop doors get some walking in, as for getting to the gym hitting the weights/cardio machines will be hard unless somewhere a gold gym is built with in a mile where your stop at

There is a guy in our company who is into body building. He keeps a set of weights on the truck and a bench. During your 14 probably won't work too well but there is no reason you can't find time on the breaks. YMCA's might provide more options than Golds Gym. Some TA's are putting in fitness facilities but i doubt they are set up for hard core guys.
