Do not use trip pak

my new employer still uses Trip Pak, kinda frown when i found out cause of problems in the past at other companys. But,,,, they are talking about going toi in cab scanning

 

The OVERNIGHT envelopes are not sold in Canada because they are only eligible for shipping in the 48 Contiguous United States. But if you drop other mail into the drop boxes in Canada, it WILL be overnight shipped to our operations facility.

 

We had our follow up meeting and it concerned me that none of our previous complaints seemed to have been acknowledged. Hopefully things will get corrected.

Would there be a delay.

As it is now, I wait until I get into the states and then it gets to my dispatch overnight.

 

I am with Werner, and I have noticed that a week or so, my paychecks are kinda small, then the following week, I get paid double.

I didn't join trucking to get back into the bi-weekly cycle. I turn in trippacks as soon as I can, and it seems either payroll hasn't been collecting them or TP haven't been delivering them. And I don't think its payroll.

 

You may actually see this on a regular basis depending on the payroll cutoff times. i'm assuming that Werner scans logs, so you should either look into in cab scanning, scan more often, or check with payroll to determine what the delay is.

 

Trippak scanning is the way to go. My old company used to pay you within 24 hours of scanning, provided that everything was complete. We scanned everything: logs, fuel receipts, roadsides, BOLs, etc. Sometimes dispatch forgot to scan a broker's load confirmation or a customer's load tender and that would hold it up, too.
