Finished school last week and called May again. I was told a couple of months ago that they weren't hiring in the Redding,Ca area. Well they are now processing my app and if all goes well I will be starting orientation in Brooks on the 28th. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Good luck to you. Hope you can be a part of the May family.

Still anxiously awaiting a call from Leona.

How long have you been waiting?

Steve, I was referring to your statement about not referring to Teachers as "trainers" because training is something you do to animal

Cindy requested "trainers". Ruff ruff. -
hello scooter
my story is the same as yours ,i 've given up my general contractors license and i am 50 yrs. old
i am thinking of going with may and have been talking to leona and she said something about july 11th.i have also been talking to GTI but can't afford to hold out much longer.
you seem like a reasonable sort ,and as i have read many horror stories on these forums about bad trainers, and was wondering if i could request you as a trainer?
i just got my cdl in longview wasington ,i have a strong mechanical background [former mercedes-benz mechanic] and i lived in a truck in 1979-81 with mayflower moving co.
don't know if this is possible but p.m. me if you could with your thoughts.
i wanted to make this decision by july 8th but still don't know -
