    According to eye witness accounts, the pick up truck rear ended an SUV, lost control and spun into the path of the tractor trailer. There was a Lexus that got caught up in the accident and caught fire. The person in the SUV, the pick up truck driver and possibly the driver of the Lexus were the fatalities.

    My souce the Raleigh News & Observer was apparently a little unobservent when they did this story. It turns out the driver, a 50 year old from Tenn, has been arrested for DWi, possesion of drugs, and death by motor vechile. He is currently a guess of local LEOs under a 600,000 dollar bail.

    And everyone wonders why truckers have a bad rep? I cannot believe we were sharing the road with this drugged-up maniac. $500,000 bail? To hell with that. How about NO BAIL??? Have this disgrace spend the rest of his life behind bars there in Durham?
