Yeah, he was laid off from the dock at Roadway, so he went to Werner for more driving experience. He's local, with Holland now.

 

I worked for Werner for two years. I was a team driver, but my partner got hurt, and I went solo. I wasn't getting any loads as a solo driver. So I tried training. The students they were giving me couldn't even drive a car. Then they tried to force me to drive as a team. I told them that the student wasn't ready to drive without supervision, and they would still send me a load that only a team could do in the alotted time. I told them that I would no longer train, and I couldn't get any loads again. Not only that, but in two years I wasn't making any money per mile. I left there, and am driving a cement mixxer. I'm making twice what I was when I left Werner, and I'm home every night, and get weekends off. If you want to make money, and live a human life, don't work for Werner.
