Cooking is something I love to do actually. I used my crockpot a lot during the winter. I purchased one that has a strap on the lid. I also secured it between the seats so I could get to it incase I needed to stir it or something. I would place the crockpot on a cookie sheet so it would not get too hot on the floor of the truck. I do use the bags so I have little to no clean up.

Since it's summer I use the George Forman, my skillet and even my grill much more. I use clorax wipes and such to clean them. Same for the utensils I use to cook with. It's pretty easy actually. Now that I have an actual refrig - left overs go right in there.

So when you use the clorox wipes, do you rinse up with some potable water to get any bleach residue off?

I will have to get some crock pot recipes from you sometime. You probably have some good ones :yes2557:

RD - great point. I indeed do. If I use a clorax wipe I then follow that with a "non-sented" wipe. Something (depending on what I cooked) I just use the regular "non-sented" wipes to clean with.

Let me know - will gladly share! Some are from a crock-pot cook book and some are mine.

Can anyone answer this for me. When out with the trainer will it be possible for me to bring some microwaveable things in my bag and use his microwave to try to help me save money while I'm out there.

I would imagine that will be no problem. Before u go out with ur trainer u should discuss those things u should and should not bring.

Oh, I throw dawn dish detergent and a 2 sided sponge in with my shows bag and do dishes in sink and of course I use paper plates and plastic utensils frequently as well.

When assigned a trainer, respect is the key word. It is his truck, his microwave, etc...ASK, don't assume. I would think 99% of the trainers wouldn't mind, but there are people that are a lot more anal than others.
