    I just want to say thanks to the great members of this forum, after several months of reading about what expediting is about and the input on the different companies. I took the leap and signed on with a o/o and J.D. Clark. Just finished my first week in a Hino straight truck running solo, and had a very good week. Keep up the great work here on this forum and you will be hearing from me

    Well I'm still here and lovin it, on my 3rd four week tour. After my first 4 weeker, I took the leap and became a o/o. Was a great move, big difference in freedom and pay. J D Clark is a great company for the solo straight truck, I'm getting the mile most teams get, so no sharing.:biggrin_255:

    Hi, I see from an above post that your name is Roger I take it? Did we meet last Saturday at the TA in Youngstown OH? I was in the green Volvo parked behind you, and drive for Calex out of Pittston PA yes?

    If it is you, I wanted to say that I enjoyed meeting you and was impressed at how happy you seem to be at JD Clark. Why not? Good money, freedom and great home time too, right?

    As you were admiring the Volvo I drive, and I was jealous of the $ you're making, why don't we switch? LOL

    Just kidding. Take care and hope to see you again out here someday soon. Come check out out the Calex thread (by Johnboy) sometime - lots of good stuff over there too.
