    Since 2007 i have been working for a company that has only iveco's that are made by fiat,and imho are the worst trucks ever made.Untill a few months ago i drove a 2008 iveco stralis 480hp, then the boss decided to give me a 1994 iveco eurostar with a fuller twinsplitter gearbox. ###### truck has allmost 2 milons km and ain't really comfortable.....gonna change job soon,i am taking all the paper i need to get to haul hazmat

    Just for my curiosity. Is necessary some kind of training in order to handle digital tacho? I mean for beginners. Because i read on internet that many truck manufacturers are offering digital tacho training during basic drivers training in their facilities.

    A few months ago our company organized a meeting with a guy from siemens that told us thinghs that we had allready found out using it.
    I mean it's not rocket science, all we gotta do is insert the card and drive.
    The only thing i found out that day is that we gotta take out our card even when we sleep in the truck. I used to leave it inside the tachograp when sleeping in the truck.

    Is it necessary that driver card is ejected while sleeping in the truck, or can remain inserted?

    How interesthing I discovered in the other day ,that U.S don't have tacograph,seriously!All you have to do is writte down by pencil your driving hours!

    before i usedt to leave it inside, now i take it out. One way or the other police never told me anithing.
