Sorry, but I have read too much of your posting on here to ever go along with any proposal that puts you in charge. Until you leave fantasyland and rejoin the rest of us here on earth, I can't support you. In fact, I would make it a requirement that anyone who takes over as our "leader" at least have a CDL and some form of extensive driving and road experience. I am afraid that you simply don't meet the requirements for the job.

I admit that I'm rightfully wary about going into trucking because of a few reasons you have all enlightened me on. The fact that violation tickets are so expensive is one worry.

It really isn't just truckers though that have this problem. When I moved back from New York to Missouri I left my husband for a spell with our van so that he could drive it back. The girls and I rented a one way car to drive back. The only moving violation I have ever had was in Indiana. I didn't know that we were supposed to move into the left lane when a cop was sitting on the side of the road writing a ticket. I would have gladly moved over had I saw him getting ready to step out of his car. That ticket was 175 dollars. They knew darn well that I wasn't going to turn around and drive back to Indiana to fight the ticket. It was a brand new law at the time I couldn't have known about and the cop that ticketed me was a real jerk about it. I didn't fight it or even speak up in any way but he was still an angry jerk.

The tiny little town I live in right now is broke because of a law suit having the towns major assets frozen. So our 3 cop cars and 12 cops are out in mass writing tickets all day long LOL. I just watch my ps and qs.

you mean they've started using this coop? I've been by this one a million times and it's always closed.

AFAIK there is no coop at exit 2 northbound I-77 at Carowinds Blvd or Westinghouse Blvd coming into Charlotte. They do sit in the comedian strip or on the ramp and do random stops. Which coop were you referring to?
