Never forget that sixth sense, brother. You've driven before. Remember that sixth sense. You've still got it. Just trust it. And run...run as fast as you possibly can.
Drive on, and good luck. -
I just finished CRST orientation at Cedar Rapids it was awesome. Make sure you come with some finances and have all your ducks in a row with previous employment. Any medical issues get Drs statements up front. if you come here with a good attitude this company is awesome. If your a complainer it will not be a good ride - I am just saying..
I have no experience leaving to out on the road with a trainer tomorrow - Ill let you know how it is.... -
Good luck.

CRST was the last place I worked, orientation was in Fontana, Ca. I asked for a non smoking driver and what I got was a pot user which totally scared me to death. The guy was flagging people down on the street looking to buy marijuana, driving on residential streets following someone to where he could buy. In Ohio, where the speed limit is 55mph just like California, he got pulled over for doing 67mph, wakes me up to ask for some toothpaste/mouthwash. Then on the same run he hit a door backing into the dock. CRST requires the non driving driver to spot for the driver whenever backing up, I told him to stop, the dockworkers told him to stop and he hit the door anyway. When I finally got off of the truck and went online to get some reviews on the company I found that other drivers also complained about being set up with bad co drivers. Stay away from them.

Wow! somebody drank the gold kool-aid! -
Well I wouldn't call them "awesome", but if you come in with good attitude you will be in for a decent ride.
