I was pulled over by dot in TN, I was pulling up a hill and I saw him come up behind me and put his lights on, I wasn't doing anything wrong, he just wanted to do an inspection right there,

I `have recieved tickets just because I am from out of state, for stupid things, because they know that most truckers from out of state won't bother to fight the ticket,

One time was in PA, I pulled out to make a right turn, a cop was sitting on the shoulder about 100 yards to the right of me, I made my turn, the cop came after me and put his lights on and gave me a ticket for failure to yield. He said that the car that was behind me had to put his brakes on, I asked him how he knew that since he was in front of me, he wouldn't have seen if the car had to put his brakes on, he didn't answer. I have seen a cop in that same spot several other times targeting out of state trucks for the same thing, so tell me that is not a set up.

I've been lucky enough not to be pulled over in a truck. In my younger days as a 4 wheeler, yes... but the cop just wanted my phone number! *rolls eyes*

I'm sure they like to be... ummm...random, to say the least.
