Well sitting in walnut ca waiting to get unloaded. Still getting used to the new truck. Hope this will be the last one, it was a pain to transfer all that stuff and I still haven't hooked up the cb yet. Hope fully the background check will come in so I can take my hazmat test. There is still alot to do before September. 1. Jess and I are really looking forward to finally owning our own truck. I just pray it all works out for the both of us. Jj.

48 states but like TA, think there's some states they don't go to. Pay extra if your willing to run the NE and extra, extra if you go to NYC. Its an out and back outfit and everything is done by cell phone. Trips paid the day you come back in. Would mention the name but, kind of surperticious (how the heck do you that anyway). Will name it once I'm there and have passed the road test. Kind of worried bout that since I've been in an auto for so long but they seem to have no problem with it. Safety guy sounds cool and very upfront about things. We'll see. If not, there's always JBS or heck, could even break down and buy me a travel trailer and move down with 1bad. After the fight my sister in law and I had, got to find a new place to stay anyway. *sighs*

landstar contacted my boss too. i had the same uncomfortable conversation. and that i'm making a big mistake.

they don't do anything to make us wanna stay. and when it's time to leave. we're making a big mistake.

waiting to get loaded for a day run. been waiting 4 hours now. somehow i don't see this day run ending before closing time at the receiving end. and i'm really hoping i don't have to tarp for a 2 hour drive. supposed to be a steel load going from clearfield to pocatello. but it's looking like steel rolls. and they won't be lieing on there sides.

then i have a feeling i be waiting all eday tomorrow for next weeks load to new mexico. the truck needs to be inn shop for a cracked air bag and steer brakes. but the agenda was for trailer brakes. i'm thinking the steers are getting close and should be replaced first.
