Look around I work for a small flatbed company and we only do out and backs. So I'm home every weekend and 2 to 3 nights a week on a regular basis.

Just because a company doesn't come to your school and advertise doesn't mean they will not hire new drivers.

Also I can not stress enough do not rule out the local companies where the guys are home everyday. There is a couple of local dump bucket companies here in Illinois where they make as much or more than me and are home every night.
