Heartland Dedicated Lanes?

I was recently approved for ther dedicated lanes out of Baltimore. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with any information about their dedicated lanes?

Basic questions...

1. How much time could I swing by the house during the week on a dedicated lane?

2. Their orientation...Could I go there and come home with no job? (I went to JB Hunts and they sent over 40 people home.

3. They tell me my pay scale will be between .31 and .39? How do they determine this?

I am really considering this run, but I have a 5 month old son that I'd like to at least see a couple times a week. I am afraid they will give me this lane and never send me home.

Any advice would be appreciated by me and my family!!
