A slow down? I guess you took last July off if you think its slow now. But it is slower than 2 months ago.

July has typically been a vacation month for the lumber industry.I don`t like wishing my life away but I`m ready for September.

No kidding, I think I worked 2 days a week last July. Something about auto plants doing model changes that slows down steel shipments.:biggrin_2559:

Rates are good on my end! I had a great week of the 4th. Last week was pretty good also.

Still more work than i can handle and rates are staying steady at $2.50 a mile and higher. Maybe its just me but this will be in the top 5 of my best years. Have bin booked for 2 weeks in advance all year long.
