1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

With all due respect, these are the worst numbers I have ever seen. What are you doing to address your FMCSA scores? What do you pay? Is it enough to hire quality drivers and turn around these scores?

It says it depends on experience so before you side-step the question, let's say two years experience in the last three years.

We are a more informed crowd here on TTR, so we like facts.

Wow, I've never seen all four major numbers over 90%. Finding drivers isn't your problem, guys, it's maintaining your equipment and not letting drivers run 20 hours a day.

God speed to the folks who work for you.

No doubt. I have seen numbers ranging from 75 - 95 in three catagories but never over 90 in four catagories. The drug/alcohol number is high by average too. Not to mention 17 accidents, all tow-away, with 6 fatalities. They have had two reviews this year.

For those who don't know, you can search the company name on the FMCSA website. Once you do that you get the DOT number. You can then go back and search with the DOT number and get a detailed report.

Looking at trucking as a career. I would appreciate knowing what the "numbers" are, how you found the "numbers" and links to understand FMCSA.

    THANKS
