When an application asks if you've had any accidents, is it referring to at fault accidents, not at fault accidents, or both?

It means all accidents in/on all types of vehicles. If the accident is on record it needs to be listed.

Now I wouldn't list it if I ran off in the ditch and my buddy pulled me out and nobody knew about it.

Thanks everyone. I was rear-ended a few times and wanted to make sure I was correct in listing them, even though I wasn't at fault.
