Good post- we helped to pay for those bridges, we delivered the steel and concrete for them, we should get to use them to their full potential.

 

They can investigate all they want.

There is no law in Illinois for clearing the vehicle. Otherwise cop cars could be ticketed too.

 

There was an piece ice that fell of a trailer of a t/t and hit and when threw the windshield of a car causing the driver to lose control and was killed.A another car got the licence plat # and company name and make a long story short,the t/t driver was charge with manslaughter and some other charges which I can't recall now and was send to jail.He got 5 years in prison.This happen about 3 years ago,but reason I bring this up is because we truckers gotta do our best to clean our trailers when it has snow and ice on it.I rather pay the fee at a truck wash to have the trailer clean than spend time in jail.
