    Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have a 1998 Western Star 4964FX constellation day cab that is badly in need of a new overhead console and the surrounding trim parts. I have the chance to purchase a wrecked 2003 cab assembly with trim that's in good shape. It looks visually like it will work, but I didn't know if anyone has any more info to confirm this. Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for the replies! The vin on my 98 is 2WKPDCJ9WK951143. I do not have the vin on the 2003, as it was stacked on the second level of a rack.I climbed up on a ladder to look inside , but could not open the doors to look at the plates.I'll see if I can get it and repost. I am guessing the part numbers for the consoles will be different, because there is an extra reading light towards the passenger side on the 03 that I don't have. I'm just going by the fact that the shape and configuration looks to be the same. Thanks again.

For anyone that's interested, all the interior trim parts I inquired about in my previous post bolted right into my 1998 4964FX. The parts were taken from a wrecked 2003, and I'm sure even later model stuff would have worked also. All the wiring for the extra map lights, etc. was already in my truck as part of the original harness. I'd like to especially thank Pablo-UA and FYDA Freightliner Cincy for taking time to reply to my original post. Thanks again for your help
