I think that might be the one Les was referring to but I don't know for sure.

I do remember that one, but don't think that was it, not sure.

For some reason I'm thinking the one I'm remembering, it ended up the investigators and cops were all wrong in their assumptions? I may be getting something confused here?

    Yes, he was watching porn...and

"Authorities say he'd slept no more than four of the 27 hours before the Dec. 12 crash"

I think that most people felt that he was guilty. I don't necessarily think that the prosecution screwed up but the defense use race and the jury pool decided to stick to the white prosecution for perceived racial offenses against other blacks in the past. There was a question about the glove that didn't fit. The prosecution's story was that it had blood on it which made it shrink. No one knows for sure. Personally, I think he got away with murder, but he didn't get away with his last deal. He is essentially sitting in prison for another offense, but would probably have gotten off had he not gotten off for the murder charge.

on a side note, i just got back from a weeks vacation in Lancaster Pa. where my sister lives. they had some days with triple digit temps. There is BIG time Amish population there. I was shocked to see them in their buggies during the heat of the day out riding around. Some of their Horses looked like they were suffering! But i'm no horse expert.

Hmmmm....might be time to call the SPCA and PETA on them. It's about time we force them to comply with modern standards. Everybody must assimilate to society's whims.

    NOT!!!
