If you were to make this a lifetime career, it would be to your advantage to use an
attorney.
If you are going to be like the majority of newer drivers (about 75% ) and be gone
within 2 years,just pay the ticket !!!
Anything outside of a parking ticket, can and will affect your future in this
business !!!

Why should I pay your fine? I didn't do the infraction! But if I did I would get a attorney and either get the fine reduced or modified then pay the fine. Its the cost of doing business in the trucking world!

Tickets like this, no matter how much you think you are right, you are wrong. You have to suck up your pride and negotiate the fine down is all you can do. Then pay it and put it behind you.
