I agree, let's TRY it, work up something, work on OOIDA and let's see where it goes! I will NEVER turn you about as they have me for YEARS. I stand behind you, and your passion!

So, where do you recommend I start at? Also, I think at this point we should make our conversations private. I really do not trust JB HURTS..etc and others that spy for them.

Oh, sure, they spy here and HAVE been banned here MANY times (JB Hunt). They think drivers are a "joke" and love to come in here and "play". Make no mistake, they think their drivers are morons. I really don't know where to start, at this point, anybody have any ideas? We CAN make a "hidden" forum for this issue, if need be!

You don't have to worry about that. We don't allow company mangement types to come here and harass or coerce drivers.

    Interesting...

My first reaction to this was, the lack of any standard that a company can diem an accident 'preventable'...where's the protocol ppl...I believe this is a strong case...BOL to the fight...

What is the benefit here? And I thought you would have to be an Owner/Operator to belong to the OOIDA?

It cost good money to join.
It may be worth it but they are about the numbers. They are not about to help the small.
It took I think 5 years for the england law suite.
Now years till they appeal the details.
Even with that. England still has time to fill in the details for the judge to figure out who won what. Plus not all the ruling went OOIDA way. Example hidden markup of repairs and parts.

    Still better than nothing.

No, you do NOT have to be an owner/operator as OOIDA fights for ALL truckers' rights. I JUST canceled my membership for their lack of trying to come together with what we are doing here, but I STILL think they do the best of anyone out there. Their name is their MAJOR downfall...names mean a lot! Problem is, they refuse to change it as they say their "Washington Insiders" are well-known and this stops them from changing their name. They HAVE literally said this. This WILL hinder them from EVER going as far as they could. They SHOULD possibly merge their name with a new one? Call it, OOIDA/The Truckers' Report? LOL.
