YES! Sygma Network Harrisburg, PA. They'll send you to school and pay for it as long as you stay with them for 2 years. I just moved out of the warehouse to drive for them. It's more than just driving though. You'll have to deliver to restaurants. Most runs are overnight, but some are layovers. Meaning you'll deliver overnight, run out of time, get a hotel, and finish after your 10 hours off. Not too fond of their school, but whatever works.

    Bigarmin88 Thanks this.

Check out Greatwide Dedicated Transport out of Dallas, TX.
As their name implies, they (allegedly) only have "dedicated" routes (no OTR).
I don't know if they have their own CDL school, but they do hire recent (newly minted) CDL graduates.
Also, they do hire drivers from PA and NJ.
Lastly, they transport "no-touch freight," and drivers are "home weekly!"
    Good luck and God speed.
[check out their website and their individual page on www.classadrivers.com.
