I have an NXS acert and have a few issues with it,
    water pump @ 8000 Miles,
valve acuators and Heavy Haul program @ 100,000 Miles
and now fuel dumping in the engine oil at 140,000 miles,
have taken rocker covers off and injectors dont appear to be leaking around O-rings.
What else could be the problem?

There is only two places for fuel to get in the oil.

Injector O-rings and the fuel tranfer pump

what sort of damage happens with fuel in the oil?
it appears to have about 7 litres of deisel mixed with 38 litres of oil, has travelled about 1000 miles i would assume before noticing.
should anything else be done to it while it is apart?

I'm also going to say there is another way to get fuel in the oil, but I'd think this would be very obvouis to you. I've seen guys that have run the engine with bad intake rocker arms and wiped camshaft lobes and up with fuel in the oil. To do this you have to ignore all the valve train noise and poor performance coming from the engine.

If you caught the fuel in the oil quickly, I would not expect you to have any damage to the engine. Fix the fuel problem, change the oil and go back to work.

Well it ended up being the dipstick tube, now it sits where it was supossed to, therefore showing more on the dipstick than it should have. so after 3 1/2 days off the road all sorted. All up and running again, managed to get all the rocker studs replaced under warranty, and cause they pulled all the rockers out got a top tune for free too. i suppose some consolation to them not sorting the dipstick tube right from the start

was there actual fuel/oil mixing,or did you just think so because the dipstick was giving a false reading?
