    This company lies to you from day one. They make you sit most of the week and work all weekend for less than $500 a week on a good hard running week. I bounced more miles than I have driven and no they do not pay empty miles. I was never home on holidays and forget about vacation. The trucks are in bad need of repair and forget about oil changes and tires..they are too #### cheap!! With this company you average $75 dollars a load and you will be lucky to get load a day.

    How long have you been with them? I started there in June in the OTR division and haven't made near what they told me I would, more like 50% of what I was told. I can't even get into the system most of the time, I've been doing more local work than anything.

    Groendyke conveniently forgets to list the rate on my paystub. It seems a little shady not to list the rate.

    groendyke is a big scam.... the pay is a joke... they pay precentage...to start i 23 precentage an systeam loads pay only half precentage.... with tons of dead head miles.... when you go there talk with your term manger ask her/him what a systeam load pays your going to take a dump on your self!!! an to top it all there going make you drive a old ### worn out 9200I
