This is sad, way to many kids out there who don't know what a loving HOME is. This man seems to have more than enough love for the baby, wish people would look on the inside of someone before they look on the outside.

The judges reasoning is that he MIGHT develop diabetes or sleep apnea? Big deal? I have both and I take medication and sleep with a CPAP machine. So what?
Plus this guy weighs 500 freakin' pounds, if he's not already diabetic and suffering from sleep apnea, he's got to be living under a lucky star! -
Just ridiculous! We have thousands of kids in this country, thrown-away and waiting for a loving home that will never materialize, and this man is being denied. What a child might have the pain of a loved one getting ill or dying? Right, much better to deny the child a loved one at all. That makes sense.

From what I heard they have kids stacked up and ready to go to a good home.
This world has way to many laws for me.
Still trying to remember the first few. -
If it is simply a case of him being overweight, then he should win the appeal, and the judge who made the original ruling needs to be questioned.
The key point here in this video is they said "if there are no other reasons". Something to remember when listening to the media report anything. They will report whatever will get you to listen and get your attention. There could be more to the story that they don't know about, or don't want to include in the story.
This guy adopted the kid in the video that is now 7. Is it possible that there are some circumstances from that adoption that played into this decision? We don't know. -

atleast he wanted a kid from the USA, it seems like more people want a kid from another country. They overlook the fact that there a thousands of kids in the US that are in need of a good home.

I was thinking about this adoption while driving this weekend.
Yes I do think?
I guy this big is considered disabled. He could die anytime, not very stable for a kid.
