Well I had nothing but problems with them I worked there 4 a month fought with my dm all the time the equipment broke down all the time atleast 2 times a week then the last time it broke down on me was my last straw I was in tupelo mississippi and they had put me up in a hotel 4 a week me and my dog then friday came and they said that they were sending there tow truck down there 2 pick it up and didnt know what they were goin 2 do with me either leave me or take me with the tow truck driver so 2 me they abondon me leave me 450 miles from home no wasnt hearing it at all so if u ask me they are the worst company I have ever worked for and ive been driving for many years

well, i belive that my time with tradewinds has all of your stories beat. i worked for a "friend" of mine there and he didn't pay me. he was loosing his ### and told the higher ups that i'd lease his truck in my name. when they didn't pay me for a month and a half, i brought the truck home and they had me arrested in my home state and taken back to indiana. the charges were dropped do to a FALSE POLICE REPORT filed by josh klema. watch your ### because they might be your friend in the daylight but at night, they are thinking of new ways to screw the hell outta you without a kiss

 

i know that for the most part everything is negative about this company. I just wanted to say something good! they are trying to repay me for what they owe me! I appreciate that. I called them because I was in the process of moving and they had sent me a check and I couldn't find it. They were kind enough to cancel the other check and reissue another. They are trying!! THANK YOU!

 

NICE TRY...What are you thinking???? For some reason, people still think they have a chance with this company. Why in the world would anyone want to be associated with this company??? You all have been warned since the mid 2000s.
If there is anyone remotely thinking of joining this "Joke of a company"...you need to put your crack pipe down and listen to all of the warnings on this website. It's real, and everyone is suffering...except for all the management. Again...THEY ARE CROOKS...oops, I meant Cooks...

 

Sorry to hear that they were able to arrest you.I worked three weeks w/no pay I told them to get me a load thru my house so I could empty out the truck,they did not they said when I get there we will have a sit down meeting.I said there will be no sit down meeting they could not tell me any thing but pay me.I got home mt the truck out and held there load hostage till they wired me my first pay check.They did call NYS police but the state police could not arrest me it was a civil matter.It just goes to show you that I worked for 3 weeks paying tolls out of my pocket and they tried to have me arrested.They should of tried to pay me.This is a #### company and I will bash them ever chance I get. West Shadow was my flatbed dm that called the authorities.I can't believe that the office personal would not have morals and stay working for them knowing that they were going to screw the next driver that walked through there locked doors.

 

The next driver that is stupid enough to walk through their doors (after they are LET in of course!) deserves to get screwed. I hate to be that brash, but if you just google their name, more bad comes up by the month and it's right below their sites. It's not like it's hidden or you really have to work to find it, it's everywhere. I just can't believe that this company is still here with all the info and social media that is out there nowadays. Their days have to be numbered. It's not the old days where it was just word of mouth from drivers about companies, but instead everything is just as easy as typing it in and reading. And unfortunately for them, it DOES NOT and WILL NOT go away, EVER! So Matt and the crooked crew up there, enjoy your sins while they last because it's not a matter of if, but when. There's a warm place waiting for all of you, and you thoroughly deserve it.

 

Is anyone doing a lease with this company??? Can you make money at it with them?

 

would not recommend going to work with them unless you dont want to make money!
