    You would have to look for that information in the state that your DMV report came from. My guess is you would find it on their website.

    I spent some time researching this. I can't find it on their website. They use this number rating system on several other parameters too.

    In one piece I read someone called their local DMV and they told them what it meant. They also told them that the information wasn't available anywhere. I'm not sure what gives them theright to use a rating system that isn't public knowledge.

    It is California, if you choose to live there that is up to you. I won't even drive my truck there. It is okay to visit on ocassion though.
