is true! Went to cdl school, got them on the first go round. Went to Ok City for 4 days. Got up with a trainer. The trainer I had was awesome!
Did more than 28 days, but it was ok. During this time I told them who I wanted to be my co-driver. He was a week behind me in training. So I went home for a week home time. I knew I would end up getting two because of my co-driver being a week behind me. Which was ok. When my co-driver was finished CRST said they'll work on getting him to me or close enough I can go to him. Ok that'll work. Another week pasted by. I talked to my co-driver said he is making runs by himself. So two weeks he is out by himself. I been talkin to my FM, asking when they going send him my way. He said its up to planning. I'm like they need to plan for him to come get me. another week goes by. Now my co driver said they sent him to PA to pick up someone to drive with him. Called my FM. Said something about my co drivers FM was changed around and his new FM done that. Another week or two went by. I gotta a letter from my FM saying they been trying to call me and left voice mail for me. That made me mad. I have always talked to him. He has only called me one time and I answered then. They never left any voice mail on my phone. Anyway I found out another guy i know drove for them. So I put in to be his co driver. At the time he was out in cali. So they were workin on him load to Ga, where I can get on the truck with him. In a few days after i called him to see where he was. And he said they took him off that load and sent him to Ut. He sat out there a week or so. He was telling me they was jerking him around about stuff. Anyway all of this is within 5 or so weeks. I'm sitting at home making no money. Now my house is in forclosure. Late on every bill. Thanks to CRST!!!

You have to take some credit for your problem. I don't know why guys don't do research before they risk it all and go to some ###### company. And it's obvious that a lot of guys don't do their research because Swift, Werner, etc. have new butts in the seat every week.

I understand you was wanting to get with your buddy to run team but you can't lay all the blame on CRST. If you got bills to pay and a mortgage payment you have to work so you should got on a truck and run solo or run team with someone. I am sure a company the size of CRST had an empty truck or two sitting around. Why couldn't you took a plane, train or automobile to meet up with your buddy? Sounds like you had house payment problems long before you went to CRST, it takes more then a few weeks to get behind and go into foreclosure.

Why the big need to team? I mean, you had bills to pay and Crash and Roll Stunt Team had loads so what's so great about teaming? And as one said above, Why didn't you drop your truck at the yard and fly to meet him?

OK, so you knew you had bills to pay, why didn't you go drive until they teamed you? It's easy to see why they did what they did but not so easy to understand why you did what you did. Again, not the whole story here. Sorry it didn't work out.

Maybe instead of twiddling your thumbs at home for 5 weeks, you should get motivated and get on a truck, whether with a co-driver or by yourself. You've got no one to blame but yourself. Quit being lazy.

They might not let him solo right out of training.
