    You don't. If you find a good one pay them well. Very well. A good dispatcher will make you more money than they can possibly cost you.

    Treat them well and pay them well. I would suggest a good dispatcher should be paid at a the very minimum $60 - $75K depending on the number of trucks they are looking after.

    Pay a bad dispatcher whatever you want but be sure to always be looking for a good one.
