I have only been on here a short while, but it was obvious from the beginning that you were the "self-appointed popo" of the board. You have also actually impressed some on here who have little experience in the CB world. Not that your information is always wrong. It just appears to me it is always given with that "little air of authority" common among many hammers. Or cop "wannabes", you know, people who greatly desire authority but actually have none.

I found this very entertaining. I don't want to be your enemy, but neither do I come here to be "policed". I'm not impressed by your spouting the law all the time. Not that I don't have respect for the laws of our land, but laws regarding CB are pretty much irrelevant anymore. So lighten up a little bit. As I stated before, a little common sense and courtesy for others is all that are really needed in the CB world. Part 95 has been relegated to the dust bin!!!

Why are laws "irrelevant" to the CB world? Part 95 is just as relevant as it has always been and FCC will still enforce it. They CAN and they DO! Especially when folks start straying out of 11 Meters and onto other frequencies that belong to other users. Laws, after all, are what protect us from the antics of others. Why should Part 95 be an exception?

Ham since 61 but Extra at 5 words per minute? Some of us got theirs at 20 one minute solid copy. Long before the FCC turned the bands into trash by removing the hard work needed thus insuring an excellent weeding process of undesirables. I seldom talk anymore mostly due to the incredible percentage of hammers who treat people like you are treating me. Not only are you not the boss (nor PI) of me your not even my peer.

If you use your HF rig (you know you do) to talk CB you are in violation of part 95. If any trucker tunes his CB they are in violation of part 95. So as a whole, how legal are any CB'ers today. On average not one is legal and this is what Mike was implying. He was merely with common sense stating facts as they really exist today. Nothing more. Your continuous last word attacks and veiled threats indicate exactly where you are coming from as well as the level of respect for anyone here in your "No problem" to Lilbit while you keep on keeping on.

Then your logic is flawed. If I was not this person why are you posting links to information on this person, up front, without just cause, with no prior provocation on my part for your posting of said information. This is what Mike meant when He stated "you did it first".

As to staying on this board any longer, if Admin is fine with the way you conduct yourself here then you can keep the board, it is not worth the price of an enema. I was under the impression it was about truck drivers. This I have done in my life as a full time profession. I seriously doubt however that you have. I have read many of your posts. They keep talking trucking and CB and you keep going off into things amateur radio.
