Well guys I wanted to just get on here and update people how things have been going over here the last three days in Rockwall Texas. 1st off there were 2 of us from Polk County Fl on the bus all the way to texas....but there were 5 of us total on the bus heading to Trans Am...the ride sucked but at least we made it here.
I'll have to say that Trans Am's orientation wasnt bad. It was slow and boring most of the time, but its not suppose to be fun, and you do learn alot in those 3 days. It was enjoyable none the less. I'll have to say that Jim the orientation guy here in TX is a great guy and he does a good job at what he does. The whole class was full of great guys and I've made a few friends from it.
Anyway, im back at the hotel till sunday since my coach is a couple days out. I will keep everyone updated as time goes on and keep people informed of things to come...thanks.
Just finished Trans Am's orientation

Good Luck Driver !!
-
Love how they can crame a days worth of material into three days. Must be great scheduling.
Drive safe -
And
don"t
lease !!! -
When I started, had it not been for the money I made leasing I would have quite within 6-months.
It's not the lease it's the leasee. -
You still work for Trans Am? And 3 days of craming is not where near enough time to learn what you need to learn.
-
Never worked for them. I was talking about leasing in general. I did when I started and rather than make $400-$500/week I was clearing $1000 the first year and $1500 the second year.
I can't imagine what could possibly need to be covered that would take more than a day not counting medicals and driving tests.
I am assuming this is new driver orientation and not for driving school? -
Correct...new driver orientation
-
New driver at Trans Am.............
Don't freaking lease.
And when you get experienced, and think you want to lease, find a better company
to work at.
I think you may have enough on your plate for a little while.
Stay in touch driver !! -
Yea I know...dont lease dont lease....lol. Im 100% sure I wont...I'm just trying to get some experience then I will see from there where to go.BigJohn54 Thanks this.
