Dac report

Goodmorning fellow trucker's, i just got my dac in the mail, becuse i'm looking too get back into trucking, most of the company's i work for had 7 year lasp from now, so they can't disclose that information, however i have one or two that's bugging me, one is usa truck, yes i did quit there, my reason was i had just bought like 15 carton's of cig's for ex wife down south, and was head'ed home,, beep, quil com goes off, repower in pa, okay np, i work'ed with my dispacth then i figure i take this load ,hit 80 straight home, nope,he didn't send no info, just told me get up there asp,i said ok np,so i get there , meet driver, look at his load, o-crap, hit the fan, it was going to vancover, canada, i did not have a passport, when they hired me they knew this, no what, driver allready took my load, had all these cig's in sleeper and dispacth just told me too threw in the dumpster and get going, well we had word's and i quit under load as he call's it and thats on my dac now, this was all back in 2004, next back in 1978, they also list a misademanor for driving with no license, reg license, no cdl or i did not even know what a big truck was too driving one, i was just starting out my driving carier,but i paid the 100 bucks, pled guilty, and was good too go, till now when i seen this on my dac report, i allready know, i need retrained after 7 years off truck, i have no problem with that, i got ton's of experiance in winter, moutain, traffic, been out here since the 1990, no wreck's,speed, ect, loads on time, or very early, and i guess my quistion is do i have too list these two on my apps and what is my chance of getting hired by somebody like swift, i cant afford too quit my day job , and have no job at all, i do enjoy trucking better with it's all up and downs it has too offer, thank's for the help.
