its only supplemental....not really worth it in my opinion, i believe it ran between 200 to 500 a month depending on the amount of coverage you want....there were alot of things that weren't covered

If you wanted a truck that was'nt available in orientation ( say a 379 or w-9 ), could you put your name on the list to get one after 90 days? Even if there are'nt that many turned in, would you still get first shot when one is available, before people in a new orientation class get it.
-
Once again you are wrong. Our leases you own the truck at the end. A friend of mine just leased a 2007 T600 with 470k miles on it and he owns it in 21 months. Lets see at JCT it would be like 48 or 54 months. You are correct the payments are lower though. Mine is for a 2010 T660 that had 105k on it when I got it and I own it after 46 months. All our trucks come with an apu that you don't have to pay extra for like you would at JCT.

Nope starting out you get paid .98 per mile loaded and .90 per mile empty plus fuel surcharge of .44 per mile. We get fuel discounts though that run anywhere from .25 to .60 per mile. JCT gets them also but they keep them and don't pass them onto the person buying the fuel.

""""a friend of mine had this,,i know a guy that,,i had a buddy that said, this friend of mine"""" this is the way a person that has no support for his arguments start there diatribes,,you always seem to be advocating for some nebulous third person,,who never shows up here to bolster your claims,,,its very funny that ever since failing to make the grade here,,you always seem to get some position that so much better than where you failed at,,,funny thing is,,most of us call these trucker stories (although im sure your are true to a fault) anyway why not enjoy your new-found success and leave jct behind instead of letting it control you like this?,,and yes i consider the amount i got paid,,very,,very good,,,i have cosistenly beat the national o/o averages by more than 5%,,,yes, i could make much more at someplace like landstar pulling drop decks and heavy haul for 3-5 bucks a mile,,,,but,,,you gotta crawl before you walk..daywalker24, Alanp613 and Jarhed1964 Thank this.

Real simple reason is SO many lose their shirts there and I would just like to prevent as many as possible. ACT and JCT is about the same size companies but there was 19 in orientation at JCT when I went and 3 in orientation when I went to ACT. Says alot for failure rates between the companies don't it? If you think $1511 on 3946 miles is very very good money then you are crazy and I'll just enjoy the extra $1000 for the same amount of work and also enjoy all the extra timeoff that I can easily manage to take here that you can't. Suckers born every minute I guess. Like I said before I am very glad they made the decision JCT made and all I have to do is look at my bank account to confirm that. I have taken home about 23k in just over 4 months at ACT how much have you taken home since you started?
