I had just turned 54. Lost my Dad at 50, a brother at 51, another at 53, another at 56 and I have one left who has had a quadruple bypass and a few minor heart attacks.

I have never had a heart attack so you might say that I had preventive maintenance performed. :biggrin_25517: I had one on the left that was 100% blocked and another on the right that was at 65% blocked. I was lucky.

That pic is about 5 years old. I'm 69 now and people don't beleive that I'm in my 60's yet.

My family is the same way. I lost my dad at 46. He had his first heart attack at 45. Both my older brothers had heart attacks and bypasses at 45. I was luckier I guess at 49. My oldest brother is 60 now and still doing good. Mine was the opposite 99% in the RCA and 60% in the left.

Sorry to hear about your relatives. My wife went through a bypass operation- then stents two years later. By Christmas in... I think... 2001, she was having angina pains anytime she moved. She couldn't even walk, only shuffle. I remember her Internist telling us that she was about to have a heart attack again and that it would probably kill her.

She was taking a LOT of meds at the time- I decided she had nothing to lose by trying alternative therapies. I stumbled on "Chelation Therapy" and discovered that several countries around the world put heart patients on it with good results. Eventually I found a doctor that was selling Chelation Therapy in pills- bought a year's supply and split it with my wife.

Anyhow, today she doesn't worry about angina pains, doesn't have problems with gunked up arteries anymore. I make sure she takes 2,400 mg of Soy Lecithin daily. (does the same thing as Chelation Therapy, but it's good maintenance for her heart).

And I'll swear by this stuff, it's not snake oil. People in Western Europe, Australia, India and Canada have access to Intravenous Chelation Therapy at doctor's offices, Docs in our USA would rather rewire your ticker.

Now- I don't have any affiliation with this company, they don't sell stuff in a MLM program, it's only a product we use and we're satisfied it does what it claims. I won't even post a link so no one can be suspicious. Just Google: True Health.com and search for Dr Cutler's Advanced Artery Cleansing Formula.

I'm STILL paying down a $125,000.00 medical bill from the 1997 bypass and 1999 stents my wife had done. These supplements cost a lot less than that, I wish we had started taking them years before surgery, those operations were hard on us both.

I'll be happy to answer any questions ANYBODY has about this stuff, we've been taking it for a long time now.
