If you are not sure, get help. That includes a call to dispatch and probably road service. Things will happen and break down. There is nothing you can do but get it fixed.
If you had a hammer, you might force it to lock. But if it's your first day, get help.
Everyone experiences breakdowns. It's part of the job. Don't feel bad. The company has plenty of $$$ put aside just for these things.

This is the second time I have fallen for it in less than 24 hours. He is getting better though.
The earlier one today was his trailer sounded like a trapped animal when he put on the brakes. He liked animals so he didn't want to run the trailer. -

It must be getting old creating emails and registering. Some just don't have better things to do.
