When I was leased to SNI they had a rule in place that you had to be a established O/O for a year before you would be considered for the Choice Program. With that being said, you could lease one of their trucks through the SNI finance and run the mileage (Legacy Program) for a year then get put on the list to join Choice after a year. Personally I would try to get financing and a truck elsewhere and then go lease onto SNI just for the simple fact that you can move the truck elsewhere if need be.

That is true! They did tell some of the guys in my orientation class that if you did "great" for 6 months that they would "consider" you for the choice program. But that is a recruiter talking just FYI so I would say the year would probably be closer.
Also if you can get financing somewhere else I would do that too, b/c going through schneider finance you will pay more for the truck then you would else where. They do back their trucks b/c I had a couple of guys have issues with theirs after they got them. SFI fixed them, but one in particular was down for just over a week with his b/c a injector went out.. I've been very lucky with mine knock on wood and have not had any issues with it.

Kind of like the ability to make money on this program.
-
I've been making money on this program. Just have to be aggressive with it! Chase the freight and too depends on where you live and how often you go home. I'm home every 10 to 14 days and stay home bout two days sometimes three.

I've been running non-stop with QC so I haven't been around to comment, and Medicne Man left the site and is elsewhere now. I try to keep up and help out the NEWBIES best I can, but work is BOOMING right now

I' ve been running the choice board since July 1st and been doing pretty good with it.. I was running out of central oklahoma, but have since moved to South Texas and have been doing a little better at getting back in then I was in oklahoma.. But if you want to make the money you need to stay out around 10 to 14 days at a time and chase the freight.. A lot of good loads going to North East but not great coming out so you have to play the numbers game.. But will help and SNC on here did it before so he's been a great help to me getting started when I did.. Let me know if I Can help or what your looking forSHC Thanks this.
