Over coming disabilitys

Hi I’m a student from Missouri and at 49 am tired of sitting around being told what I can and can not do because of my disability.
Most of my life I worked in construction infect probably know a lot of flatbed drivers from my steel hanging days.
After My sons returned from Iraq one of there friends who was hit and considered disabled wanted to throw it in as a Vet myself I decided to give him a push but also realized I had to practice what I preached So I restart school In two weeks and yes there’s lots of obstacles But I am looking forward to it.
I am the old man in class that alone comes with challenges how ever nothing in life is gained with out a challenge.
It’s always good to make friends who all share some common interest and goals.

 

I sufferd a tramatick Head Injury in 1997 So I had to relearn most things we all take for granted I already passed an Extensive physical.that was just one obstacle
And no Im not offended.
